owned by Pocket Aces Pictures Private Limited (“We/Us”), and the access and browsing of such

Platforms, and the surveys, polls, rating exercises, and such other mechanisms and projects which

may be launched on the Platforms by Us from time to time (“Projects”), intended to receive, collect

and collate feedbacks, opinions, suggestions, interests and other qualitative and quantitative market

research data and analytics from individuals who may access or participate in the Projects (“You”).

If You choose to access or use the Platforms, or participate in any of the Projects on the Platforms, then

You agree to the collection and use of information as set out below, in accordance with this Privacy

Type of data/ information collected

We may collect, use, store and transfer different categories and kinds of information from or about

You, including but not limited to the following (collectively referred to as the “Information”):

(a) personally identifiable and contact information, including but not limited to Your name,

username, nick name, password, regional location, date of birth, gender, email address,

marital status, mobile number, device details, delivery address, occupational details;

(b) transactional and financial information, including but not limited to details of any payments

made to and by You, if any, bank account details, and payment card details;

participation in the Projects, including but not limited to data provided for a specific purpose,

such as your interests, preferences in receiving marketing materials from Us or third parties,

preferred modes of contact and communication, chat data, preferences, comments, queries,

feedbacks or responses submitted by You;

(d) Log data, i.e., whenever You access our Platforms or participate in any of the Projects, We

collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data.

This Log Data may include information such as Your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address,

device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when accessing our

Platforms, the time and date of Your use of the Platform, and other statistics;

(e) usage data/ information, including but not limited to Your usage of the Platform and/ or any

of its specific functions, and Your behavioural data / trends / analyses.

Mode of collection of data

We may use various methods to collect Information from and about You, including but not limited to:

(a) directly collecting data from You;

(b) by, via, or through any third-party(ies) who may be appointed or authorized by Us; and/ or

queries or filling in any forms for registration, uploading any content, reporting an issue or

availing any products and services offered by Us.

You shall have the right to refrain or discontinue accessing the Platforms or participating in the

Projects at any point of time. If You decide not to participate in the Projects or provide Information,

You shall not be eligible to receive any incentives, vouchers, or offers that may be made available to

the participants of the Projects by Us, or affiliated third parties.

Circumstances for use of data

We shall only use Your Information in accordance with the applicable laws, usually under one of the

following circumstances:

(a) For providing, (i) customer management; (ii) personalised content or offers; (iii) functionality,

(iv) providing response to any requests or queries raised by You;

(b) For analytical purposes to our third-party vendors and partners;

and fundamental rights do not override these interests;

(d) For sending any periodic communications (including emails, newsletters, placing calls, social

media messages, and messages) about incentives, surveys, polls, features, prize draws,

products and services, and any upcoming events, including promotion of programmes,

events being organised by third parties through the Platform or otherwise;

(e) For processing of prizes/ incentives which You may be eligible pursuant to Your participation

in the Projects, to third parties;

(f) To supervise and prevent any fraudulent or illegal activities on the Platform and for

information security purposes;

(g) For compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, and for internal or external audit

requirements; and/ or

(h) For any purpose for which You declare your valid consent under this Privacy Policy and / or

the Conditions for participation.

We may also collect, use and share Your data and Information to produce, collate, develop, share,

transfer or sell aggregated insights, market research data, analytics, demographic data etc., that do not

identify You, and which shall exclude any sensitive personal information, and other personal

identification indicators about You, that may reveal Your identity.

We shall retain the Information for such duration as it shall be solely determined by Us, and thereafter

for such duration required as per any legal, contractual or business purposes.

Depending on Your preferences and feedback provided to Us to be intimated, contacted or notified

further, either by Us, or by any third party entities We may have collaborated with for a specific

Project, You could receive further calls, messages, communications or notifications from Us or such

third parties. In the event a third party is reaching out to You for further communications, such other

third party shall be solely responsible for any information, personal data and other details collected

from You during such correspondence/ communication.

User Contributions

Any Information You may submit, display, or publish in or through the Platform and the Projects for

public consumption, or which shall be notified as available to the public, shall be publicly available

and may be read, collected, used, and disclosed by others. We cannot control who reads Your

Information or comments or what other users may do with the Information You may voluntarily post,

publicise, display etc. so We encourage You to exercise discretion and caution with respect to

Information that You may make publicly available.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that is commonly used as a unique identifier. These are

sent to Your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on Your device internal memory.

The Platforms shall use these “cookies” explicitly. The Platform may also use third party code and

libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve the Platform management. You have

the services offered through the Platforms.

Your acceptance of this risk, and You hereby agree to waive any claims that You may have against us

and any right to seek legal relief from us due to any misuse of the Information in the manner

aforesaid.

(including for participation in any Project, or providing a feedback in relation to any Project, or to any

sponsor or partner website associated with us and specific to the service / Project You are availing or

accessing), You will be directed to that site. Please note that these external sites are not operated by us.

Therefore, We strongly advise You to review the privacy policy of these websites before proceeding to

avail any services or engaging in a transaction or communication with such third party website. We

have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any

third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

The Projects do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally

identifiable information from children under 18. In the event that We discover that a child under 18

has provided us with personal information, We shall immediately delete such personal information

from our servers. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided us

with personal information, please contact us so that We are able to take necessary actions.

While the Company has limited its participation in the Projects to individuals above 18 years of age,

the Company shall not be responsible, and hereby expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility

with respect to any access or participation of the Platforms and the Projects by any individual

misrepresenting or misleading the Company with respect to their age. The Company shall be within

its rights to block the access of such individuals from the Platforms and the Projects, if it becomes

aware about the misrepresentation.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, You are advised to review this page / link

periodically for any changes. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy or

Governing Law

The Privacy Policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and any disputes arising
